Yoshihiro Sera is the Senior Vice President of Integrated Defense & Space Systems at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. He began his career with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in 1989 and has held various managerial positions over the years. His leadership skills and technical expertise led to his promotion to Deputy General Manager of the Missile Engineering Department in April 2015.
His role expanded in April 2022 when he became Vice President & Deputy General Manager of the Aircraft & Missile Systems Division. By April 2023, he was promoted to Division General Manager of the same division. His assignment as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Aircraft & Missile Systems Division began in April 2024, before he moved across to the  Integrated Defense & Space Systems division in April 2025, reflecting his significant contributions and leadership within Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
