Dr. Greg Rattray is the Chief Strategy and Risk Officer at Andesite, an AI for cybersecurity startup, and senior advisor to the Red Cell Partners Cyber investment practice. He is the Co-Founder at Next Peak LLC and Executive Director of the Cyber Defense Assistance Collaborative (CDAC), coordinating technology and cyber companies to assist Ukraine. Previously, he was J.P. Morgan Chase’s Global CISO and Head of Global Cyber Partnerships, leading a $600M cyber defense strategy. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, he served as Director for Cybersecurity on the National Security Council and commanded the Air Force Information Warfare Center’s Operations Group. He coined the term "Advanced Persistent Threat" and pioneered national cyber exercise programs. Greg holds degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Harvard, and Tufts. He is an Adjunct Senior Researcher at Columbia University and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Aspen Institute Cyber Groups.
