コルネル＝ユージェン・コジョカル海軍少将（上級）は、ルーマニア海軍において優れた経歴を持ち、初期には高速潜水支援艇の指揮官として、後に訓練艦「コンスタンツァ」やフリゲート艦「マラセシュティ」の艦長など、重要な指揮官職を歴任しました。また、ミサイル高速哨戒艇戦隊の参謀長や、作戦・訓練担当副参謀長などの幕僚職にも就いています。国際任務や演習にも参加し、「ブラックシーフォー」、「ポセイドン」、「シー・シールド」などを指揮しました。 彼はルーマニア、アメリカ、イタリア、ラトビアで高等軍事教育を修了し、国内外で多数の栄誉を授与されています。2022年10月からは艦隊司令官を務め、2023年12月に海軍少将（上級）に昇進しました。

Rear Admiral (UH) Cornel-Eugen Cojocaru has had a distinguished career in the Romanian Naval Forces, progressing from commanding fast divers boats to key leadership roles such as commanding officer of the training ship “Constanța” and the frigate “Mărăşeşti.” He held various staff and command positions, including Chief of Staff of the Missiles Fast Patrol Boats Squadron and later Deputy Chief for Operations and Training. He also led international missions and exercises such as BLACKSEAFOR, Poseidon, and Sea Shield. He completed advanced military education in Romania, the U.S., Italy, and Latvia, and has been recognized with multiple national and international honors. Since October 2022, he serves as Fleet Commander, and in December 2023 he was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral (UH).
