Badge registration is now open via the E-Zone. We have sent out log in details to the main stand holder to register for exhibitor passes before the event. If you haven't received this, please ensure you allow emails from no-reply@event-lab.jp.

You can upgrade your badge using the online exhibitor portal. The cost of the conference is ¥33,000

For the product images that an exhibitor can upload, there is no strict size that we would recommend. The dimensions will very much depend on the type of image uploaded and whether this needs to display in either portrait or landscape orientation.

However, as a general recommendation, we would say no more than 700px in width

In order to bid for delegations, please complete the Exhibitor Delegation Request Form and the VIP Products & Services Form.

A confirmed list of attending nations will be shared prior to the show, alongside a list of VIPs that have agreed to visit your stand.

To register, you will need a photo ID (Passport, National ID card, Photo driving license, Military ID, etc.) and a clear & current photo (file format: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, pdf) for the registration.
