BlueRoom Simulations is an Australian company that innovates cutting-edge
mixed reality simulators for use in Defence, Search & Rescue and other health first
responder disciplines.
Their flagship system was developed to solve the problem of
access to both fixed and rotary wing aircraft for aeromedical evacuation training and
access to combat zones for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training.
The capability was developed through an Australian Defence Innovation Hub
contract (similar to DARPA), and has since been fielded by the Royal Australian Air
Force (RAAF) and Royal Netherlands Army
