A graduate of National Defense Academy, Command and Staff Course of JMSDF Command and Staff College, and Naval Command College Course, U.S. NWC. His work experience includes CO of JS UMIGIRI, Director of C4I Systems Division at MSO, Director of Assignment Division at MSO, Commander of Escort Flotilla 4, Chief of Staff of Fleet Escort Force and current position.
