オリビア・チャラ女史は、NATOカタログ制度と、同制度のデータベースであるNMCRLを担当するNATO職員です。チャラ氏は、６年以上に亘り、各国国防省と防衛企業のシームレスな連携を支援してきた経験を活かし、NATO加盟国とその同盟国間の相互運用性に関する戦略的なガイダンスを提供しています。

チャラ氏の専門的かつ異文化経験による背景は、4大陸における防衛部門と商業部門の両方に及んでおり、ネットワーク・衛星サービスとコンサルティング会社“Sopra-Steria”での勤務経験を有しています。彼女は、香港理工大学とフランスのSkema　ビジネススクールで、グローバル戦略、国際関係、およびビジネス管理の上級学位を取得しています。

Olivia TCHALA is a NATO agent in charge of the NATO Codification System (NCS) and the NATO Master Catalog of References for Logistics (NMCRL). With over 6 years of experience supporting Ministries of Defense and defense manufacturers in working seamlessly together, Olivia provides strategic guidance on interoperability across NATO member states and their allies.

Her professional and cross-cultural background spans both the defense and commercial sectors on 4 continents, with prior roles at Orange Business Services and consulting firm Sopra-Steria. She holds advanced degrees in Global Strategy, International Relations and Business Management from the Hong-Kong Polytechnic University and French Skema Business School.
