インド太平洋地域および米国におけるデュアルユース技術分野において、40年以上にわたるビジネスおよび非営利組織でのエグゼクティブ経験を有しており、近年は、ウクライナおよびNATO諸国との連携にも取り組んでいます。

過去10年間にわたり、バニースは、米国および同盟国の商用技術の導入を加速させるため、Other Transaction Authority（OTA）などの米連邦政府による迅速契約プログラムを活用した、主要な制度および実行手段を構築しております。
