マーカス・アンツェングルーバー氏は、防衛、テクノロジー、製造分野におけるイノベーションの推進、政策の整合、調達改革を主導する戦略顧問および起業家です。現在は、同盟国政府と新興テクノロジー企業との信頼に基づく連携を支援することを目的とした、防衛調達インテリジェンスおよび出版プラットフォーム「Cruzam」の開発に取り組んでいます。

マーカス氏は、デュアルユース技術および国際的な防衛イノベーションに関する豊富な経験を持ち、運用上の要件を実行可能な技術戦略へと変換することに注力しています。これまでにNATOや米国政府に対して新興技術イニシアティブに関する助言を行い、IVAS（統合視覚拡張システム）などのパイロットプログラムに貢献し、ミッションのニーズとベンダーによる実行とを結びつける枠組みの形成にも寄与してきました。

Marcus Anzengruber is a strategic advisor and entrepreneur focused on driving innovation, policy alignment, and procurement transformation across defense, technology, and manufacturing. He is currently developing Cruzam, a defense procurement intelligence and publication designed to support trusted collaboration between allied governments and emerging technology actors.
With deep experience in dual-use technologies and international defense innovation, Marcus works to translate operational requirements into executable technology pathways. He has advised on emerging technology initiatives across NATO and U.S. government, contributed to pilot programs like IVAS, and helped shape frameworks that connect mission needs to vendor execution.
