Q. Where does DSEI Japan take place?
A. The show will take place at Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, on 19-21 May 2021.

Q. How do I become an exhibitor?
A. Submit a stand enquiry and one of our team will get back to you to discuss the best options for you.

Q. How do I register as a visitor?
A. Full visitor registration is not open yet, but you can register your interest to attend and we will let you know once full registration is open.

Q. How do I register for a press/media pass?
A. Media registration is not open yet, but you can contact the Press Team with any enquiries you have. Alternatively you can register your interest to attend and we will let you know once full registration is open.

Q. How do I take part in the conference?
A. Register your interest and select if you are interested in speaking or attending the conference.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Q. How to I get to DSEI Japan?
A. Makuhari Messe is located close to Kaihimmakuhari Station, which is just six stops from the airport. Please click here for information on how to find the venue.

Q. Are there preferred hotels near the venue?
A. BCD M&E are the official accommodation agency for DSEI Japan 2021 and hold room blocks at a wide range of hotels located at Makuhari Messe and the surrounding areas. See the full list here.

Q. What is the dress code/appropriate dress for the exhibition/delegates/militaries?
A. Military personnel are advised to wear their uniform. Changing facilities will be available onsite. For other professionals, please wear business attire.

DURING THE SHOW

Q. Can I take photos in the conference rooms and exhibition?
A. Please note that filming, photography and/or recording is prohibited within the conference and exhibition. Filming, photography and/or recording of specific exhibitors and stands is permitted on receipt of permission from the Exhibitor. 

EXHIBITORS

Q. How do I become an exhibitor?
A. Submit a stand enquiry and one of our team will get back to you to discuss the best options for you.

Q. How can I register myself and my colleagues for exhibitor badges?
A. Badge registration is not yet open. We will send a link and log in details to the main stand holder to register for exhibitor passes before the event. 

Q. I have registered as an exhibitor but would like to attend the conference. How do I upgrade my badge?
A. Prior to the event, you can upgrade your badge using the online exhibitor portal, and pay the conference entry fee. On the day, you will need to visit the Registration desk and pay the conference entrance fee to upgrade your badge.

Q. How can we promote our participation at DSEI Japan?
A. We have lots of tools and resources available to help you promote your stand. Please contact the marketing team for more details.
